Super dass das mit den Wasserfällen und der anschliessenden Begleitung geklappt hat.Жарияланды: 14.11.2018
Palenque itself was not very interesting, the city is considered boring and not worth a visit, so I stayed at a hostel a little outside in the jungle, which was recommended to me in San Cristobal. On the first day, I visited the ruins with a Spanish girl, which were reachable on foot in half an hour. The ruins surrounded by jungle were interesting, and the Spanish girl could tell me a little about the Mayas. Unfortunately, she left in the evening.
Unfortunately, I didn't like the hostel very much, there was no way to meet people, except for those in the room who were two Dutch people for the night, who brought me a crown from Palenque for my birthday.
The next day, I visited two waterfalls in the area, which were very beautiful. At the first one, you could even go behind the massive amount of water, and the noise was immense. The second one was less spectacular, but you could follow the river and see several waterfalls, which was also very nice.
At night, I met 4 other travelers who were also traveling alone, but they met in San Cristobal, so I traveled with 3 of them by night bus to Mérida.
