Far in the South - The Catlins

The south is beautiful, but damn cold. In summer, with a jacket and long pants on the beach, we imagined it differently.

The dolphins and surfers still enjoyed the waves.

With the constant change between sun and rain, there were two rainbows.

Getting up early is difficult at 2 degrees, but you do anything for a beautiful sunrise at Nugget Point.

In Roaring Bay, we could see the rare yellow-eyed penguins again.

The sea lions are also enjoying it here.
