7 days in Auckland, first three days at the “Lylo” where I set everything up with the group from the agency and could gather a lot of new information. A ferry ride to “Fort Victoria” was also included, from the hill there was a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Auckland. Afterwards, a dinner with cocktails and mussels together with the others. I can say mussels are not going to be one of my favorite foods.

The next day was exhausting and long, together with a Berlin friend I met there, we went to the “Hacka-Hostel”. A cheaper and definitely more interesting accommodation. A first cooking experience, then resting and in the evening a bar tour. Together with about 50 others, we walked through the streets of Auckland at night. Free drinks, music, and “party” for $15 – it wasn't that great, though.

The next day shopping on “K Road” and having coffee with “Shirley” at “Como”. In the evening we played cards and reheated the noodles, then it was already time for bed because I had to get up early the next morning.
