...genau, hello switzerland :) I hope my new godchild/niece will soon be able to learn and take care that I don't forget the other two little ones. Oh, and of course family and friends want to know how I'm doing. If I can combine all of this with a wedding and also enjoy the (hopefully) lasting summer a little, even better. I'm looking forward to every meeting I can have with you. If you want to make plans, August is relatively difficult for me because I still have visits for 2 weeks, but in September I definitely have time. Just contact me via WhatsApp!

Wow, am I lucky, what an incredible trip it has been!! 402 days or over 13 months. Mostly North America, but also a few weeks in Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. The worst that happened was that I had to replace my phone, couldn't always exercise due to injuries, and had my shoes stolen once. The best? Everything! I've seen so many beautiful places, had unforgettable experiences, made new friends and learned once again how important it is to be happy and what matters in life. TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED, BE THANKFUL FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE, APPRECIATE WHAT YOU DO AND BE HAPPY. Some would say I just always have luck, others say it's my constant positive attitude that allows me to experience such things.

I would like to have statistics and my friends often ask me for numbers that make me proud/happy; 28 national parks and 35 states in the USA, 9 border crossings in 11.5 months in North America, 36,000km with my van and finally the most important ones; expenses of 13,990.- in 13 months including flights!!

That's why I'm so happy to have been able to make such a great trip with so little money and I'm still not tired of traveling, I want to do it again. At the moment, I'm thinking that as soon as the weather gets bad, I'll go to Asia. But who knows, everything can change;) to be continued...
