Bangkok Day 2

Here I am again 😉

My day started very early today even though I only got 5:30 hours of sleep in total.

At 6:45, I was picked up by a minivan and we headed towards a floating market with a small group. The bus ride took quite long and I had a nice conversation with an English woman.

Once we arrived, we decided to ride a small boat to explore the market. There, we met 2 cool guys and we spent the morning together at the market.

On the way back, we were dropped off again at Khaosan Road, where Vlada and I met Kim for lunch.

Afterwards, Kim and I went to the Golden Mountain, a temple with a view of Bangkok. It was very beautiful there but of course, very touristy too! Then we walked back to our hostel and did some planning. We had originally planned to go to the Hangover Skybar. But when we found out that a glass of water cost 7€ and a glass of wine cost 59€, we decided that it was too expensive and left. We went to the nightlife of Khao San Road instead, where we tried grasshoppers and maggots.

It was another eventful but amazing day!
