Gijon

We are going to Gijon, a place on the north coast of Spain. We go through empty landscapes and mountains. Sometimes we have fog, so we can hardly see anything. And then we go through the Cantabrian Mountains (I know that from the map). It's really like in the high mountains, you feel like you're in South Tyrol, even the houses look similar.

Still 15 km before the parking space, we can hardly believe that we will be at the sea later.

I found the parking space in a motorhome book. It says it is right on the beach and the harbor. I thought it was a small, idyllic sports harbor. It is an industrial port and the trucks drive through the motorhome from around five in the morning. Phew!

The weather is also not particularly good. So after breakfast we continue towards home.
