Day 5 Yoho & Banff National Park

Early in the morning, we started our journey to Yoho National Park. The detour took quite a while, but the drive to our destination was definitely worth it. When we arrived at Emerald Lake, we rented a canoe and were amazed by the beautiful color of the lake!

After the morning tour, we made ourselves comfortable in our camper.

Then we continued to Moraine Lake. It was one of the most popular destinations on our trip, as we could tell by the number of tourists. After the past few days, we weren't used to so many people anymore.

After a short detour to Lake Louise, it started to get dark while we were searching for a campsite. Many places were already closed due to the end of the season. Since, like some other campers, we were unsuccessful in our search, we decided to make ourselves comfortable together at a rest area in the middle of the forest.
