Hello, hi and challooooooooo,
Due to several requests, a short statement:
No, we don't hate each other yet. Actually, we still find each other excessively funny 😎😂
But now let's talk about our travellife:
We had a pretty rough night.
Unfortunately, not because of a wild party or excessive drinking, but because of an extremely hard mattress.
So hard that we were awake before the alarm clock🤦🏽♀️
Actually, we were hoping to finally have a grain roll for breakfast - but unfortunately, another disappointment. Every bread or similar has some sugar coating or something sticky on the outside. Thanks, now the sofa is also sticky 🙄🙄.
Well, so far, so bad - we then drove across Chongqing (for 5 yuan - about 60 cents 💸💸) to Ci Qi Kou.
An ancient town and relic from the Qing Dynasty. Here, there are incredibly many alleys for shopping and eating - unfortunately, also incredibly many people and incredibly many disgusting smells 🤮🤮
After being touched and photographed 10000 million times (we will become rich models here 💁🏽♀️), and after three raindrops cause mass panic in China, we left.
(Jasna probably has 83 holes in her skin now because of all the umbrellas, Lara can walk comfortably underneath).
After that, we went in the completely opposite direction of Chongqing and visited the stinky port. It shouldn't actually smell, but it does. By the way, the Yangtze River runs through here, the third longest river in the world. It looks really nice, with skyscrapers in the background and everything, but it 😷 stinks.
Due to the too many smells, we went to eat first. And we stuffed ourselves for €4 (our consumption for the whole day) (Oh yes, 🍪 cookies can too 🙆🏽♀️).
Afterwards, we went to the Hongya Cave, a house built into the mountain. You can even walk behind a small waterfall and get lost.
It looked really nice.
Assumption: as many people as there were in Chongqing today alone, no Chinese people should currently be anywhere else 🤦🏽♀️
After that, we got really lost in the city and collected another 16 km...
Unfortunately, we don't get miles credited here....
Currently, we are clinically dead and will not move from our apartment anymore 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️
So, have a good one and don't ruin your clothes.
