From Palenque to San Cristobal: Misol Ha and Agua Azul Waterfalls

I will stay two nights in Palenque and book a tour to the Misol Ha and Agua Azul waterfalls. After that, the participants will be taken to my next destination, San Cristobal.

The waterfalls are impressive. In Misol Ha, there is a path that leads behind the waterfall into a small cave. In the darkness, I wade through the water and discover a bat family on the ceiling with my flashlight.

At the next stop at Agua Azul, it is even possible to take a refreshing swim in the water.

The journey to San Cristobal in the dark is adventurous. In the fully occupied van, the driver races along the winding mountain road and performs some risky maneuvers. However, I arrive safely late in the evening. The first impression of San Cristobal is promising.
