After the weather once again doesn't treat us well today, we continue driving. Passing lakes and barren landscapes, we soon reach the Norwegian border. We can enter without any problems, long live Europe! The landscape here is flatter, with many lakes that even have small sandy beaches. In Karasjok, we make a short stop and visit the Sรกmi huts of the still closed museum. Karasjok is the seat of the Sรกmi Parliament. Shortly afterwards, it feels like we have returned to Finland, as there are also light birch forests and areas covered with shrubs here. The roads resemble a roller coaster. It goes up and down, but straight ahead. Exciting! We continue north on the E6. In front of us opens up a magnificent fjord landscape, where partly snow-covered mountains rise from the sea. Waterfalls plunge into the sea and reindeer graze on both sides of the road. The drive is very beautiful, but when we arrive at the North Cape around 4:30 pm, it is cold and windy. Quickly to the globe, where we are all alone. Then visit the museum, grab a bite to eat, and head back to our camper. We will probably start the return journey tomorrow.
