Hello everyone,
I'm giving you a brief update about the past few days. Currently, I am back home to get the car ready for a solo trip. I have ordered some utensils and am waiting for them to arrive. Once the car is ready for travel, I will show you how it looks.
The past few days have been very changeable due to the weather, and the plans we made in advance have been somewhat disrupted. In such situations, I often think of the saying:人类计划,命运嘲笑!
Therefore, always make the best out of the situation and make use of the windows with good weather and enjoy the time as much as you can.
Mario has been back home since Thursday and in the past few days, I have used the time to order things for the car, go for walks, have a drink, and go for a short hike. Tomorrow, I plan to go to the climbing gym in Ehrwald and do some climbing on the self-assurance machines.
Now, I'll show you some impressions from the past 4 days.
Especially during the walk, I saw a whole farm spread over the entire valley.
In the evening, a friend's cat wished me a nice evening and got some strokes from me. It's nice to have an animal companion.
Today, during a sunny window, I decided to go for a short hike to Schlosskopf and see what it looks like up there after the renovation and the addition of a inclined elevator. On the way up, I found a little flying friend who accompanied me for a stretch.
When I reached the top, I wrote a bit in my travel diary and made a few sketches. Although I am not a Da Vinci, you can definitely recognize what I draw. Maybe I'll show you a few sketches when I'm ready. I also found a few of these lovely flowers up there:
The renovation has turned out quite nice, although I am not a fan of making the upper ruins accessible by elevator. They have also opened up more rooms and installed some sound games.
Since I lost track of time a bit, I made my way back under dark clouds (which was also how I realized that I lost track of time).
On the way up as well as on the way down, the scent of raspberries surrounded me at regular intervals and attracted me a little into the bushes. I also enjoyed some of the sweet delicacies, and they were delicious.
On the way back, it started to rain, and while I was putting on my rain jacket, I talked to Paul about the upcoming vacation in Valencia and cleared up a few details.
As soon as there is something new and exciting, I will get in touch again. Until then, do you have any recommendations for cities where I should make a stop on my way to Valencia? Grenoble is already on the list, and I'm always open to further suggestions.
Until then,
or until I receive tips, I wish you a pleasant evening!
Yours, Britta
