Oulu 2.0 - Lara and Daniel in Kajaani

Last week I had a visit!

My favorite brother and my favorite Lara came to Kajaani and we went to eat Döner first lol.

On Tuesday we started our (my second) trip to Oulu. We took a walk on the beach (yes, a real beach by the sea) and had bright blue sky. However, this week it was really cold for the first time, so we all had to get used to it. But it was also an experience to be in the sun on the beach with a scarf and a winter jacket.

Afterwards we went shopping a bit, ate pancakes again...

... and in the evening the actual reason why we were there: we watched the ice hockey game of Kärpät (1st league team of Oulu). Final score 4:0 and all in all a successful day!

Back in Kajaani we had breakfast together, played pool and went to the karaoke bar and the two of them tried their luck at fishing, but without success.
A few days later I showed them the surroundings near the campus/my apartment. Summary: forest, biathlon shooting range, lake, hill with view and Shisha (= ski jump) and all in the most beautiful autumn colors!
