28.06.2018 - Camper return and a day in Vancouver

Today we had to return the camper. It was busy and many people returned their vehicles. But overall, the process went quite smoothly and even though we had storm damage on the hood, everything was handled without any complications. Afterwards, the shuttle service took us to our hotel 'River Rock Casino Hotel' near the airport, which we found very pleasant.

When we arrived there around 12 o'clock, we were able to check into our room right away. This allowed us to easily take the Skytrain, which had a station right at the hotel, to the city center of Vancouver. After a quick lunch snack there, we took the SeaBus, which is included in the public transportation network, and crossed over to 'North Vancouver'. From there, you have another great view of the Vancouver skyline and there is a kind of market hall with nice market stalls. Back in the city center, we strolled around Canada Place and through Burrard and Robson Street. This way, we were able to take a leisurely and relaxed look at the city center in the afternoon.
