..Now it starts again!

After several years in South America, Russia and also Morocco - my rally story is now writing a new chapter:

Now Saudi Arabia, the completely unknown country for me.

7 times as big as Germany, 34 million inhabitants, lots of oil, gas and sand - that's what I imagine.

I start with the Riwald Rally Team - a professional rally team from Almelo, NL on December 27th towards Jeddah.

We - that's 21 people in the team - mechanics, co-pilots and other helpers who take care of the two racing crews with 3 people each / race truck.

In a race truck there are the driver, a mechanic and the navigator.

The team manager and driver is Gert Huzink, Pascal De Baar drives the other truck, whom I still know from the MAN era.

So let's go into the unknown..
