Today despite the rain we were in the 'Mistico Hanging Bride Park'. The rain isn't as bad in the rainforest, as the leaves shelter it well, but it can still be very difficult to see animals or take good photos. We were able to spot a lancehead viper, although it was relatively far away (better that way), but Torben was able to take a photo. Additionally, we observed a tiny bee species producing tree honey, which is very expensive because a bee produces only about 1g of honey in its lifetime.
There were 7 hanging bridges in the park, the highest being 75 meters above the ground. Lea had a lot of fun walking across the bridges, although she was very tired at the end and stubbornly didn't want to walk further. However, we did manage to make it to the end. The size of the trees and the sounds in the rainforest are very impressive, and it's quite different from a normal forest.
