Day 1 - Travel day to Singapore

The suitcases are packed to the weight limit, the rest has to go in the travel backpack, which is also filled with all the books and documents :-)

Our first 24-hour day starts with getting up at 05:30 a.m.. We leave the freezing and snowy Central Switzerland towards Zurich Airport.

After passport and security control, we wait in Terminal E for boarding the giant bird A380. This will fly us to Singapore, where it will be 25°C and warmer 🤗.

Fortunately, the plane was not full and we had three seats for ourselves - once again above the wing, but a bit quieter. After takeoff, the sun still blinds us, but soon we fly into the night and Day 2 begins...
