PlanLoser...XVII "why"

Fuck you thunder and lick me on the sack

After our failed hike, we tried it in the dunes of New Zealand.

new goal

Lightly packed compared to last time, we went up.

Once we reached the top, we were greeted by another, huge and X-more adjectives view.

Just like that, on one side the sea, then the dunes and behind us the forest or let's call it the green.

Descending from the north along the 90 mile beach (quickly seen even in bad weather)...

...we spotted some wild horses.

We don't know if they are truly wild or not, but they definitely looked delicious and seemed to be happy, just like we were at that time.

As mentioned in another blog, we usually have brunch to support the New Zealand economy, which looks something like this...

Really good!

And for dinner, we cook ourselves.

At the end of the seemingly endless beach, we encountered a school class that was just starting their physical education class.

Continuing our journey, we come across small, very small villages that have a lot to offer. :-)

A cozy place...

Great view with fine coffee (not manure;-) and, of course, the discovery tour...

NZ's oldest bridge
Theory
Practice

It's not like we drive hundreds of kilometers every day, but from one impression to another, it's usually only 20km...

Before and after Australia, it's difficult to estimate distances.

On our way to our daily destination, the Kauri forests, we crossed a river again on a ferry and once again came across an edge where there was something to see...

After walking ahead and back, we found our car with a shattered window.

What does life want to teach us
What does life want to teach us

We had our phone and wallet with us, but why do the New Zealanders (probably not tourists) steal all our belongings🤷‍♂️ all backpacks, kite equipment, and unfortunately, our passports are gone. I think they like us because they left us the cooking utensils and sleeping arrangements👍

We are already in contact with the police and the embassy and staying calm. -> Diligent readers know that we are experienced in this!

We gained new energy in the Kauri forests at a campsite with a night hike and yoga. :-)

And we visited the oldest tree in New Zealand... (2000 years), it's a special experience.

Long live minimalism

Helpful as everyone is, we were covered with the essentials.

We worry about clothes when we cross paths with Auckland again on our way to the embassy in Wellington.

The highlight of the day, many new acquaintances, and VS on a world trip.

The most important thing of all, we have ourselves, our fellow human beings, and of course, the travel gadget #1 our smartphone, which makes traveling easier. ;-)

Amazing🙋‍♂️
