Gross training tour

It's beautiful and spring-like warm with temperatures of over 15 degrees. Without much planning, I cycled up the Tannberg via Sursee, past Fritz's farm, always steeply uphill. Then over Lake Hallwil to Lenzburg. From Tannberg all new routes for me.
From Lenzburg then back home on familiar paths. At kilometer 61 I suddenly got a muscle cramp in my left thigh. That reminded me painfully of my first stage to Davos. It was so bad back then that I could only reach my destination in Wesen by walking. Today it wasn't quite as bad. I took some magnesium and took a walk. After that, it went reasonably well until I was back home after 71 km.
