We wanted to take a walk on the upper deck this morning, but when we stepped out, the rain hit us in the face. It was still too early for breakfast, so we took a walk through the halls. That also covers some distance.
We dressed warmly because we thought we would have to have breakfast indoors today (as is common on American ships, it is cold inside). But when we went to the restaurant, the sun was shining outside and the rain was gone. The weather here can change within minutes. When we were about halfway through breakfast, another black cloud came and it started raining again. But we were sitting under the canopy and didn't get wet, but the tables outside quickly became empty again, everyone sitting there fled with their half-eaten breakfast under the canopy or into the restaurant.
No more than 10 minutes later, the spell was over and the waiters started setting the tables again. And all this with a cheerful smile on their faces...
The weather continued like this all day, with sun and rain alternating. In the afternoon, we even dared to take a few rounds on the upper deck.
In the early evening, the farewell reception took place - sad enough.
For dinner, we went to The Grill again and enjoyed the steaks grilled on the hot stone.
After that, another great show: a tribute to Queen.
And so unfortunately one day passes too quickly after the other!
