String Art

String was? Yesterday I crafted together for the first time with the kids. The day before, I went to the hardware store to get boards and nails. String Art refers to creating a design using threads stretched between nails. We tried it yesterday. It's not easy to find an activity for three kids of different ages, and I thought this could be exciting for everyone. Painting the board ourselves, hammering the nails into the board, and then the creative part for the girls. I have to admit that String Art is more suitable for older kids. In the end, everyone had a really successful result. Hannah and I created her heart together, and the boys managed everything from painting to pulling the thread by themselves. Everyone had a lot of fun. I think I will definitely do this in Germany as well.
