Since I'm already in the area, I decide to go to Ushuaia.. This is the southernmost city in the world. So I take the bus back to Argentina. I arrive in Ushuaia at 8 p.m. in the evening. I quickly find a cheap hostel for this place and manage to get the last bed there.
The next day, in the afternoon, I board a catamaran and go on a boat trip. I see mountains, seals, birds, and the southernmost lighthouse in the world. It's beautiful, but also quite cold and especially windy.
The next day, I'm already heading back to Chile. The journey includes a ferry ride. It's great. I see dolphins. And all that without any extra cost ;)
From Punta Arenas, I will fly to Santiago on Monday.
