Big city madness

After moving into our camper, we wanted to head to Canada as quickly as possible. But after a few kilometers, we realized that it wouldn't work out. It took us 4 hours to go 100 kilometers, and our patience was severely tested. We decided to find the nearest campground and call it a day.
Despite the heavy rain, the kids had fun jumping in puddles.

Following the motto 'New day, new luck', we planned to continue towards New York the next day. However, that plan seemed to fail too when we realized that the water pump wasn't working. Jens did everything he could to find and fix the problem, but it was harder than expected. Thanks to the screwdriver he bought first and the phone instructions from a technician, Jens was able to get the water running. We were overjoyed and continued our journey. But today, our mood was dampened by the rainy weather and the city traffic jam was back again.
Thanks to the patience of our children, we made it through New York to New Haven.
