Cambodia - Phnom Penh

Wake up at 5:30 am 🫣, that's holiday 😉! After a quick breakfast, we take the speedboat to Cambodia at 7:15 am. The ride on the Mekong River at around 38 degrees Celsius was really exhausting. The border crossing from Vietnam to Cambodia was very nerve-wracking. The E-Visa, which was submitted online before the trip, was of no interest to anyone 🤷🏽‍♂️. Anyway, at 1:45 pm, we finally arrived in Phnom Penh totally exhausted. There we were greeted by the new guide, a Khmer, who delights us with his kindness and imparts his knowledge in a pleasant way, making it feel like time stands still.

Phnom Penh - less noisy, cleaner, very very friendly and helpful people, great city!!!
