Day 5 - Bali Ubud

発行済み: 23.08.2018

The day trip on Wednesday started with our personal taxi driver at a temple. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met.

The performance was more like a play than an Indonesian dance. 😅 Here we wasted an hour of our precious time. (And partly overslept 😉)

Next, we visited the Monkey Forest. This experience made us lively and happier again. (As can be seen in the photos 😁)

Lisa's blouse buttons were an interesting toy for the monkeys and were immediately destroyed. 😄

We would have loved to take the little ones with us. 😊

Afterwards, we visited rice fields and took many photos. (Here you can't do much more)

Group photo with personal taxi driver 😄

The next item on the agenda were the coffee plantations of Bali Cat Poo Chino. Here the famous Luwak coffee is produced.

The Luwak eats coffee beans...
...which are then excreted half-digested and the coffee is made from these feces. 😄

After a tea and coffee tasting at the Poo Hunters, we continued to Elephant Cave.

The said cave was quite unspectacular, but we found very good photo locations again. 😄

To cover our knees, we had to tie very fancy scarves. 😂

Thankfully, we didn't have this problem! 😜

We made the last stop at a waterfall.

Since everyone was tired from the exhausting day, no one wanted to go swimming anymore. So once again, we took many photos. 😉
Before we headed back home, we quickly ate a small snack.

Then it was time to go to sleep quickly... the next adventure starts at 2:30 AM!!!
