Freedom Falls Trip

Hey, here's my new post - unfortunately a little late. 😅

Last Wednesday, the media team took a spontaneous trip to the 'Freedom Falls' in Pennsylvania. ☺️ The waterfalls were absolutely stunning and the water was turquoise blue. 😍

With the camera in hand, we were able to take some beautiful photos. With the right settings, everything is possible. 😂

I almost fell into the water too. 😂 Well, more like slipped. I was standing on a relatively slippery rock and slid toward the water. But fortunately, a staff member pulled me out. The only thing on my mind at the time was, "Oh no, save the camera!" 😂 That's why I held it up.

On Friday, we learned about different poses during a photoshoot. A girl who was a student here last year and worked in the media field came to visit and posed as a "model" for us. 😉

She will also be helping us take photos and videos of the camps this summer. I will most likely be working in the media department for my summer position as well. However, we also have the option to switch to other departments (such as taking on tasks in the stable or being part of the program planning team and being there for the kids as a staff member). ☺️

Time flies by so quickly, and right now I'm still working on finishing my theological degree. I will be done with it in May, and then it's time for practical experience. 🙃

But before that, something else is happening. To be exact, it's happening in 2 weeks. But to keep it exciting, I won't reveal it just yet. You'll have to come back to my blog. 😜

All I can say is that we're going somewhere again (the location will be revealed later), and an exciting journey to nowhere will begin. 😂
