Praja da Luz 26.2.22 21:00
I've settled in the resort where Chris lives. Chris is from Aalen, and suddenly the whole of Aalen lives here. The entire Ostalb Mafia.
Later in the evening on the terrace, it almost feels like being in an English pub, where you can only understand half of what's being said. But it's always nice to get to know different cultures when traveling.
It was a great two weeks, with lots of barbecue sessions, plenty of excursions, pretending to sympathize with VfB games on TV, and lots of activity with hikes, beach volleyball, and golf.
I went to an oyster farm with Daniela. One kilo for 5 euros. That was 12 pieces. French trucks come here regularly, they load the young oysters and throw them into the sea in Normandy for some time, and then they ship them as French premium oysters.
We went on a beautiful hike from Luz towards the west, along the cliff coast until Praja da Mos or something like that. A small beach with great white wines.
This morning, I went on a bike tour to the east. A dirt path runs along the coast for about an hour to Burgau. This Burgau is actually by the sea. The path was tough, I carried my mountain bike for almost half an hour. Thanks, Dr. Google.
