Tag 004 "Turtle🐢 Time"

We still find it difficult to get up. The motivation for breakfast is controlled by appetite.

Today's destination was Denpasar - the capital of Bali.

A typical Asian scooter flood rolls across the red traffic lights and gives ants tough competition. Nevertheless, it looks like it's all in one piece. Respectful, lovable, and friendly.

Badung Market & Burung Market

Mega....😍

Badung was like a department store.

2 buildings with 4 floors and just pure market. Everything ran/crawled/swam on and under the tables.

👃🏼 👀  👂🏼 Sensory impressions.

Burung is the living pet shop.

Out of respect for the animals, we didn't want to take pictures here.

The cages were filled with 🐓 🦀🦑🐢🐒🦇🐰🐶 🐱🐠🦎🐍🦄🦆🐔🦜🦃🐿

Except for the 🦄, everything was really there.

We drove back towards Hometown Kuta with a nice 🚖 local driver and his rather adventurous rusty old car.

When we arrived at the beach, the turtle rescue center was our next stop. Baby turtles can hatch undisturbed there and then be released back into the sea.

Around 1000 🐢 🐢 🐢🐢 🐢 🐢🐢 🐢

Only 1🐢  survives.

And we helped release one 🐢 back into its natural habitat. And it will be THE ONE 😉!

In the evening, the relaxation program was calling.
