Lange Highway-Tour

After a leisurely breakfast, we set off on our long journey to Cradock. The drive took five hours and we reached our 3000km milestone. We drove on a seemingly endless straight road and felt like we had arrived on a highway in the USA. To pass the not so exciting dry landscape, we listened to some episodes of TKKG in between. After driving half the distance, we took a break at a small restaurant by a river. We drove through the town and arrived in the suburb where people are very poor and goats walked over the cemetery. Upon reaching Cradock, we saw another KFC sign. For those of you who don't eat fast food, this is the abbreviation for Kentucky Fried Chicken :-) We were surprised with a wonderful accommodation, which has the great name Anna ♡ Whether it's a coincidence or not, each of us has our own room with a private bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a small garden. Everything is comfortably furnished with antique items. For dinner, we had a three-course meal at the in-house restaurant, which was absolutely fantastic. Now, we will relax in our cozy apartment and leave early to see the mountain zebras.
