Leuven - German for Lions, French - Louvain - combines urban flair with the coziness of a village. Leuven is mainly known for its university and its cityscape, which includes the Gothic Town Hall and the Old Market, some of the most beautiful examples of Flemish architecture. In addition, Leuven is the headquarters of Anheuser-Busch, the world's largest brewery group.

Because it's Saturday, there's quite a lot going on in the city. And what we've learned: white-bordered parking spaces are not (always) free of charge and the parking duration is usually limited.
