I'm sitting at the airport and leaving with a wild mixture of feelings.
I spent yesterday in Hamburg and had the greatest coffee I ever drank so far (thanks for the tip, Thilo)
I don't really like to advertise places, so the place isn't gonna be named.
After good coffee followed good food at a different place (not entirely as good as expected though) so here comes the first dish. I sadly forgot which fish it was but it's been really good. It had very thin ginger slices as a topping:
The second course has been a miso soup with red snappers: Then followed a karage of the mola mola (sunfish): The main dish has been swordfish on cabbage with salty lemon sauce: And for dessert there was strawberry ice cream with caramel cream paired with strawberry and blueberry on apple crumble: As you might have guessed by the foreign names and the huge amount of fish: We have been at a Japanese restaurant. To finish the last day in Germany, we went to a skyline bar which was super cool but really crowded on a Thursday evening. The view was incredible and the drinks the same! Also a picture of the bag when I packed: This is what I took with me: Headlamp

Yup, that's it. Not really a lot, I'm trying to go super minimalistic and what I need and forgot is going to be bought in each country. Boarding already started and I'm getting this feeling that this is actually, really now starting to happen. Love and peace, the next thing you hear from me is roughly from 4000km south, Laurin PS: Since I already got a complaint that my previous posts contain spelling mistakes: Those who find mistakes can happily keep them 🤫
