Schokomuseum and Cigar Factory in Granada

As backpackers, we are happy with cheap things, but we love things that are free. No wonder we visited the chocolate museum with the free guided tour. Even though the tour lasted only 15 minutes, we were able to try various spirits and different types of chocolate at the end.

Since there was also a Mombacho brand cigar factory nearby, we visited it as well. The plants are grown in the north of Nicaragua and processed here in Granada. Like other businesses or hotels, this factory is also owned by two investors from the USA.
