Burgos - Cap Ferret

Today we are getting a long way closer to home. We are leaving Spain and heading for the Dune du Pyla in France. It is near Arcachon and is considered the highest shifting dune in Europe. Unfortunately, we are only allowed to park our motorhome in one place. The parking machine here is apparently broken and we quickly decide to drive backwards out of the queue.

We circle the Bay of Arcachon and finally land near Cap Ferret at the beautiful Le Truc Vert campsite. From here it is only 300 m to the sea... We quickly set off, as dark clouds are announcing rain. Aperitif and dinner in the campsite restaurant.
