Bali's small neighboring islands in the southeast have many beautiful coastlines, beaches, and snorkeling/diving opportunities to offer.
To get there, one can travel from Bali by one of the many speedboats, which you can simply walk to from the beach through the water. On the island itself, you either have to drive with a motor scooter or rent a car with a driver. Since the roads here are even more challenging than in Bali, we, like many others, have chosen the second method.
Because the island is very picturesque, many places are unfortunately also crowded with tourists who diligently take photos of themselves and the view. Some parts of the cliffs are therefore fenced off because photographers have gone too far and had accidents here literally.
Nevertheless, the three of us had two very beautiful days here and, of course, took plenty of photos of ourselves :D
Fun Fact: According to Wikipedia, the island was previously used as a prison island by the kings of Klungkung (an administrative district in Bali) ...
