This weekend, thanks to my own car, I explored some places that were a bit further away. First, I went to the suburb of Muizenberg - known for its colorful Victorian beach huts.
Then, I continued to the penguins at Boulders Beach - although I had already been here three years ago, I wanted to enjoy the place at my own pace and let it affect me.
Since the weather on Sunday was very cloudy and partly rainy, I changed my plans and stayed home during the day - only in the late afternoon, I went for a beach walk at the 4 beaches of Clifton.
And since on March 8th in Berlin, there is a public holiday for International Women's Day, I used this day to dive a little deeper into the history of Cape Town - at the District Six Museum.
