The Great Reunion

Today was supposed to be the big day. The great reunion of my classmates. However, not until the evening. Since Meche had to go to university in the morning, I quickly grabbed her mother to do some shopping. Fortunately, it wasn't so hot today either.

I actually bought 5 pairs of shoes. Trying on clothes in these stands is just no fun. But shoes definitely are =)

After shopping, Lichy invited me to her place. Lichy has 7 siblings and lives relatively poorly. Therefore, her family is all the more loving.

Suddenly she came up with a bag of craft supplies. I didn't know what she wanted from me. She wanted to make me a dream catcher. Since I always like to be part of crafting, she showed me how it works. So today I made my first dream catcher! :-)

My friend Maria wanted to be with me at 8:00 pm. So we all made our way to the city center, where I live. On the way, we treated ourselves to some Acay.

Acay is a berry that grows on palm trees and is sold for a very high price in Germany as a miracle berry. The typical Acay here consists of Acay ice cream, fruits, crunch, milk powder and a bit of condensed milk and it is mega delicious!

So I got ready for the reunion. We were picked up by our classmate Carlos. Of course, they chose a German restaurant that even had leberkäse..

It's been 8 years since we last saw each other. Even the Paraguayos among themselves don't have much to do with each other anymore.

Only a third came, but it was still mega funny. =D
