Day 3 - After Mila (yes, the dog here has the same name as me. It's a running joke) woke me up with her barking at 8 o'clock, I was greeted with a nice breakfast. And what else could it be? Tacos - with eggs and beans. 😁
After breakfast, we went to Fundidora Park, which used to be the site of the Fundidora Monterrey steel foundry. Many steel parts are decoratively scattered throughout the park, and there are also exhibitions, a cinema, a theater, and other activities.
While in the park, I had to try the candies that I've heard about here. Little children are already given spicy candies at a young age, which is why they can eat much spicier food than many of us non-Mexicans can.
On the premises, there was also a hall where you could buy cheap leather boots and jackets, as well as some other things. We got some really deliciously seasoned fried grasshoppers. 😁
Afterwards, we were naturally hungry again and went to eat fish tacos around the corner (they are really damn delicious). 😍
On the way back, we got some new films for my camera (you'll see the analog photos later), and some gluten-free snacks.💪
All in all, it's been a really nice day so far, the weather is somewhat cooperating (at least we're not freezing our asses off or getting soaked by the rain), and we've experienced a lot.
