Cozy day in Chefchaoen

Naipablaak: 02.12.2019

After a few days of sunshine, it is rainy today...and cold! After a porridge breakfast like Chef Rhani's - which is very similar to how I prepare it - I plan my further travel route. Following Yassine's recommendation, I will go back to Fes and take an overnight bus to Merzouga (desert) from there. Then onwards to Marrakesh and finally back up the coast to Fes, where I will fly back.

The last day in Chefchaoen is relaxed, since it is raining, we have coffee with Nabil and another friend in a café where I am the only woman.

When the rain stops later, I browse through the shops a bit. In one store, I am invited for a cup of tea together with a Spanish couple. Unlike in Fes, the people here are really nice and you can take your time to look at things without buying anything.

In the evening, Rhani and I cook pasta with white wine sauce, tomatoes, and parsley, very delicious.
