Today was all about 'typical Las Vegas'. We set off on foot at half past nine in the morning to explore the famous Las Vegas Strip. We returned to the hotel around 6 pm, tired, broke with full shopping bags, and sore feet (it was about 25 km in 40 degrees heat). And what can I say? We didn't even reach halfway down the Strip. Only the right side from Planet Hollywood over the Miracle shopping passage, then the Eiffel Tower and the Paris hotel, then Bally's, Cromwell, the Linq (with the allegedly largest Ferris wheel in the world, each cabin can fit 40 people), then Flamingo with its enchanting garden, Harrah's, all the way to the Venetian with its gondolas and canals. And every hotel has a casino and shopping mall. On Sunday, we'll explore the left side... phew, I can't handle that yet today because I'm already overwhelmed.
Summary of the day: a lot of input for the brain, a lot of money disappeared from my wallet.
