.... the return day

this morning we took our time, had breakfast and packed - all quite leisurely. Then the landlord of our apartment came - young woman, three children, big car - graphic designer - one of the upper class. She was very nice and even took out our trash, such a service!

We wanted to go to the beach over the bridge from Matosinhos to the other side of the canal - where the empty beach without seagulls hopefully is. So today we walked a whole 6 km - at least😉

Just arrived, the beach became hazy - humidity and fog, so that you couldn't see 10 meters ahead. My hair was wet, like freshly washed, water was dripping from my bangs. We have never had such weather, but there was a great beach bar, good coffee, super omelette and many strange people to admire, some of them were pilgrims 👍🏼

They still have everything ahead of them, great - we're already finished ❗️

When we tried to call a taxi to the airport in the afternoon, we learned that the taxi drivers have been on strike since yesterday - a private car service was ordered in the bar, very nice, by the bar owner.

The driver charged double the price - 25€, with many apologies for why he is so expensive, it usually costs 12€ — now we're standing on the runway and waiting for the plane - 

we just boarded!

It was so beautiful 😃
