Day 39, Turin and entry into the Po Valley

Saturday, May 6, 2023, beautiful weather even though it was forecasted differently. We took the regional train to Trieste for the last kilometers. We pushed the bikes through the city center to see some sights. Turin is similar to other Alpine cities, such as Bolzano, Zagreb, and a little bit of Munich. Around noon, we headed towards the Po, fully equipped.

Finally found a place to change. You wouldn't believe it, but when we were in our cycling clothes, we were both glad to be back on our bikes. I think the train ride was tiring, noisy, and stressful.

In the afternoon, we booked a bed and breakfast a bit away from the Po because it was a bit more affordable. The Po Valley is really flat towards the north. Our bed and breakfast was located in the south, it was the building at the top of the hill😅.

B&B, Bed and Breakfast, so no dinner up here. That means the hill will still see us today, hungry and going to bed🤣. We walked and it was delicious.
