Today we are exclusively exploring the Santa Catalina neighborhood in Palma.

Once a run-down fishing district, Santa Catalina is now Palma's new trendy neighborhood with cool bars, trendy boutiques, and stylish cafes. However, its special charm lies in the original, almost village-like atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Mallorca's capital city.

That's why we're having breakfast at one of the countless cafes today. The selection is so large that it's hard to make a decision.

We were exactly right with our visit to Mestis and enjoyed excellent food for very little money. Here, we had the best croissants ever - the pleasure was unbelievable.
