Child care project on 28th April 2023

We woke up early in the morning to start our shift. The atmosphere at the club is much calmer in the morning, with only a few kids and lower energy levels.

The kids have their breakfast at the club and there is also time to play some games before they are taken to school by the bus. Everything is organized by the Kidz Club.

It's really impressive to see all the things they do.

I reinforced my Lego creations as best as I could since I wouldn't be here in the afternoon to protect them.

After all the kids left, we did some cleaning, but we finished our work very early and headed back home to pack for the weekend.

We had no issues with our first bus, but the second bus was delayed by 30 minutes, which was a bit of a problem because the check-in at the hostel was only open until 21:00.

And just when we entered Killarney, there was another traffic jam which further delayed us.

The hostel actually called Svea around 20:40 to check if we were still coming. We assured them that we were on our way as fast as possible.

We barely managed to arrive on time, but we were able to check in and they showed us our rooms.

It's a very nice hostel. The showers, beds, rooms, and design are probably some of the nicest I have seen so far.

We took a walk around town and had dinner at a nearby restaurant where I had my first taste of ribs during this journey.

And they were a bit spicy.

But still delicious.

Then we went back to the hostel. Tomorrow, we have a long day of walking and exploring ahead of us.
