Plans - The Running Gags of Life

We decided to abandon our plan to go back to Phuket due to the rain, and if we had gone to Kho Phi Phi by boat as planned afterwards, the same thing would probably have happened to us. Therefore, we decided to travel to Aonang first. Here, we stayed at our first hostel and spent 1.5 days taking relaxed walks on the beach, going on a extensive shopping spree, and enjoying colorful sunsets.

The excursion to Thung Teao Forest Natural Park was an absolute highlight for us. First, we bathed in the Hot Spring Waterfall at 45° (it's quite cool at 34° outside temperature). Then, we took a dip in the Emerald Pool, a freshwater pool in the middle of the jungle, and finally walked to the Blue Pool. We were incredibly impressed by what nature has created and went to the Tiger Cave Temple full of impressions. There were 1237 steps ahead of us, but once we reached the top, we quickly forgot the climb and were rewarded with a fascinating view.
