Thailand: Ko Lanta

Ko Lanta was the complete opposite of Ko Phi Phi. Phi Phi is bustling with activity and nightlife, while Lanta is very quiet. We rented a scooter to visit a few beaches and to go out for dinner in the evenings. The Secret Beach, which was near our bungalow, wasn't as secret and beautiful as we expected :D so we went to Bamboo Beach instead. There, we saw the biggest waves of our entire trip! It started raining in the afternoon, so we couldn't go to the national park as planned. Instead, we opted for a nice restaurant by the beach and enjoyed the sunset on our way back to the accommodation. The next morning, we had to wake up early as we had to catch a bus and ferry to Langkawi.
