Trevelin is a village officially founded in 1918, not far from Esquel and already a Welsh settlement in 1880. They built the mills that gave the village its name. In the village center is the tourist information office, on the roof of which sits a dragon that spits fire at night, which we unfortunately could not see as we were there during the day...
We visited a beautiful mill, the Molina Nant y Fall, and also visited the nearby waterfalls, Cascada Nant y Fall, which, like the mill, were not easy to reach without an off-road vehicle. Therefore, we were happy when we finally arrived and were greeted by a dog to Ida's delight. There was a small tour of the mill, which still grinds flour today, and its owner collects and repairs various things to exhibit in his mill museum. Among other things, he had a small old general store, old tractors, an airplane, etc.
At the waterfall, we took a little break for food before driving back to Esquel
