2nd Stage: Skåne

EN | We certainly didn't spare our muscles in the first few days - but after a week, we treated ourselves to the first shower. And then a crossing with Stena Line from Rostock to Trelleborg.

After a short time, we learned to appreciate Swedish mentality and hospitality. Thanks to helpful tips from locals, we always found a suitable place to stay overnight. We have already set up the tent in no time, and occasional rain showers do not bother us.

Skåne - Land of Thieves

One night, we heard a cry of 'Chéri, il y a un truc!' - and indeed, something rustled persistently at the entrance of the tent. To Arnaud's indignation, it turned out to be a fat hedgehog who was shamelessly helping himself to his donuts. Apart from that, there were no nighttime incidents, and we can confirm that Sweden has an extremely low crime rate.

We have now arrived in the picturesque Ängelholm, where we are taking a day off and refreshing ourselves in the sea. By the way, a good beer (Starköl) costs about 7€ here in the restaurant - Skål!

FR | Les Premiers jours, nous n'avons décidément pas épargnés nos muscles. Nous avons pour cela, après une semaine, pris la première douche... Nous avons ensuite pris le Ferry avec Stena Line en partance de Rostock (Allemagne) pour Trelleborg (Suède).

Très vite, nous avons appris à apprécier la mentalité et l'hospitalité  suédoise. Grâce à l'aide et aux informations précieuses des habitants, nous avons trouvé chaque fois une bonne place pour passer la nuit. Nous pouvons maintenant monter la tente en moins de deux et même les petites pluies ne nous font pas perdre notre calme.

Skåne - Au pays des voleurs

Une nuit retentit un cri 'Chéri, il y a un truc!'. En effet quelque chose grattait décidément à l'entrée de la tente.  L´indignation de Arnaud fût grande : Un gros hérisson voulait manger ses Donuts et griffait avec  véhémence l'emballage! Sinon il n'y eu pas d'autres incidents nocturnes et nous pouvons constater que la Suède a un taux très bas de criminalité.

Entre temps, nous sommes arrivés à Ängelholm oú nous profitons d'un bon jour de repos et d'une rafraîchissante baignade en mer.  Á propos, une bonne bière 'Starköl' coûte environs 7€ au restaurant - Skål!
