North Cape - Stage 20

The weather: after the heatwave last week, it has been cloudy for a few days. So far, we've been lucky and haven't encountered rain on the way. It rained when we spent the night without a tent at the Vandrarhem, but luckily we didn't have to drive in the blazing sun the next day...

Stage 20 was sunny in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon, and the hills weren't as intense as the previous days. We made lunch in a beautiful park in the small town of Valdemarsvik and ended up at a ferry where the Stegsborgsgården campsite turned out to be an additional Christian leisure center.

Since we didn't come across a supermarket in the afternoon and the ferry is a free service anyway, Gert invited us for dinner - I can't say no to that 😉

It rained heavily last night, and you experience that more intensely in a tent. Everything is still dripping now, but we're grateful that the rain is over for now.
