Westport - Lake Mahinapua - Franz Josef

On the way to Westport, we went swimming in the glacier lake with a stunning backdrop. Lukas even caught a duck... just to clarify - it didn't end up as dinner. ;)

In Westport, we enjoyed the sunset on the beach with a bonfire, music, and beer

Lake Mahinapua is a small lonely place with a disgusting lake that we better not go swimming in... Water plants reach just below the surface.

Here we have a room with 2 Bavarians.. =) It was a very funny evening with a few liters of beer..

In Franz Josef, there was unfortunately a lot of rain. We couldn't do much. At least we had a great time and spent funny hours. We only see the glacier from a distance..
