New Haven (Yale University)

From our beautiful hotel on Cape Cod we drive towards New Haven, where we want to visit Yale University tomorrow.

But before we drive back to Interstate No 95, which leads us to New Haven and then back to New York, Lucas and I play a round of mini golf. 

... with the pirates, who are watching carefully as Lucas aims for the next hole....

.... and it's in!

The Americans have interesting number plates....and we also come across an old Buick. 

Then we check into our hotel in New Haven, The Study at Yale, highly recommended. Practically on the university campus; so we can already get a whiff of the university atmosphere.

We have a view of part of the Yale University campus from our room.

After dinner and a gelato from Ashley's Ice Cream

we take an evening walk along buildings that are part of the university campus. 

There will be more to discover tomorrow before we continue to Long Island.
