Lake Inchiquin

Looking for a nice camping spot, we drove to a lake. Unfortunately, we can't get through here because there is a 2m height restriction blocking our way. We're tired from the drive, so we park in front of the height restriction and make ourselves something warm to eat. While sitting by the open window, an Irish couple walks by and greets us friendly. The man is interested in our bus. We call these people "fans" because so many people talk to us about our bus and many wave at us with a thumbs up when we drive. Anyway, the man suggests that we simply push the height restriction away, as it is only secured with a wire. But we didn't dare to do that... However, he had another tip for us. 10 km further, there is another bathing lake that is even more beautiful and where we can park directly by the lake without any problems. So off we go... a beautiful spot for us at the picturesque Lake Inchiquin.
